We enjoyed having Ryan work with our girls today. He was easy going but also had a great knowledge on how to keep the girls engaged and participating in the session. He was great about asking what goals we may be working on such as sharing, taking turns, following directions , and worked them into the sessions. We look forward to having him as a regular to our homeschooling schedule!
Cannot say enough about Mr. Ryan. My 12 y.o. daughter has been working with him for months and just loves his gentle approach. Her musical ability and knowledge has increased so much since starting sessions that it's almost unbelievable. He is so encouraging and she leaves every lesson smiling and happy.
Ryan works with my two boys (ages 6 and 10). He is incredible at working at their pace, introducing to them to many different instruments and different songs to learn coping skills. He has a bubbly and gentle personality, and my kids (including my 3 yr old who doesn't work with him) love when he visits! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for music therapy for their children. He works with Medicaid and Gardiner recipients too!
My son has Asd and Ryan really makes MT an enjoyable experience for him. Ryan is great.
